A Show of Real Dedication

A festive mood at HELUKABEL: Last Friday, a total of 19 company employees were invited to celebrate and be honoured for their years of dedication to the company. The entire executive management team, consisting of company founder Helmut Luksch, Marc Luksch, and Andreas Hoppe, fittingly took the opportunity to celebrate these anniversaries.

Of particular note was the large number of employees who have already been members of the HELUKABEL family for 25 years! "I am very happy that we have such an amazing mixture of both new and experienced colleagues on our team," said Marc Luksch in his speech at the celebration. "But today, the focus is solely on you and your achievements."

Whether in direct contact with customers or in the background in administration or logistics, everywhere you look at HELUKABEL, you can find longtime employees guaranteeing through their experience and commitment that all processes run smoothly. "Without their commitment, our company's success wouldn't be possible," Marc Luksch emphasises. He also highlighted the impressive growth of many employees who have been with HELUKABEL since their apprenticeships or who started their careers here, and who now occupy technical and leadership positions.

After each was awarded a certificate and presented with a gift, the attendees were treated to a tasty buffet and relaxed conviviality. "Our anniversary celebration is always a very special occasion for me," says Marc Luksch. "After all, it serves as a welcome opportunity to spend quality time with trusted and cherished colleagues."
